The Most Common Booking Questions

  1. How far in advance should I book?
    You can book anytime from now until your flight day. Most people book 1-7 days in advance. Same-day booking is possible if availability exists.
  2. Can I book less than 24 hours before my flight?
    Yes. Availability permitting, you can book even 2-3 hours before departure. Online booking shows real-time availability. Call if you need urgent booking.
  3.  What if I don’t know my flight number yet?
    No problem—leave it blank. Flight number is optional. You can add it later if you want automatic flight tracking, or simply call the driver when you land for a return journey.
  1. Can I modify my booking multiple times?
    Yes. Unlimited modifications more than 24 hours before. Within 24 hours, modifications are allowed but may depend on availability.
  2. Do I need to pay when I book?
    Depends on payment method. If paying by card, payment happens immediately when you click “Confirm.” If paying cash, you pay the driver on arrival (no upfront payment).
  3. What if I lose my booking reference?
    Check your confirmation email (sent within 2 minutes of booking). Or log into your account online/app to view “My Bookings.” You can also call us with your name and we’ll look it up.
  4. Can I change my destination once booked?
    Yes. If you booked “Luton Terminal 2” but now need “Terminal 1,” you can change it online, by phone, or in the app (24+ hours before = free).
  5. What if my flight is cancelled?
    Your taxi booking automatically cancels and you receive a full refund. You don’t need to do anything—the system detects the cancellation.
  6. Can I add special requests after booking?
    Yes. More than 24 hours before: Log in and edit. Less than 24 hours: Call us directly to add special requests (ensure driver is informed).
  7. Is there a minimum notice for booking?
    No minimum. You can book the same-day if seats are available. Check availability in real-time on the website.
