Having been a regular weekly customer of Boxall Taxis since 2018 I feel I’m pretty well qualified to give an objective review. The Owners of this company, Boxall, are hands on owners 24 Hour 7, seven days a week. The drivers are all carefully vetted and in my opinion they are the best crop of drivers I have had, even when drivers leave they are replaced with equally exemplary drivers. The operators are the best I have ever used. If there is a problem with a driver running late or if there is a vehicle issue the Owners and the Operators between them ensure it is rectified and I always receive a phone call when this occasionally happens. But the best quality about this taxi company is that they place the safety of both the drivers and the passengers as their number one priority. I have not used another taxi company for a long time now and would have to be desperate to use any other company. While this company, Boxall, is in business they will continue to have my business.

Brilliant service from Boxall and Chofiur for coming to my and my sister’s rescue at gone midnight after the train doors wouldn’t open at Ashwell station and we had to get off at Baldock. Chofiur arrived very quickly and was friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend! Thanks again.

Great airport transfer service. Very reliable and drivers are friendly and polite. Was very grateful when one of the drivers waited at the airport after there were some delays at arrivals. Highly recommend them.

I cannot fault this service. Absolutely immaculate – our driver, Randy, was on time & provided a fantastic drive to and from Gatwick airport – leaving us with plenty of time before our flight. The playlist was full of nonstop bangers & we were even offered sweets on the way back. We were provided with nothing short of an optimal service! Would definitely use Boxall taxis again. Thanks 👍
